Questionnaires

This sophisticated module provides organisations with the tools to construct on-line questionnaires.  It is flexible enough to create individually structured questionnaires to meet the requirements of different data collection exercises. 

A complete range of different response formats are available, including radio buttons for multiple-choice answers and free-text boxes.  Responses are collated in a database format for easy analysis and summary results are available for download in CSV format.

The questionnaire functionality can be used for a whole host of applications.  It is ideal for obtaining feedback from staff, customers or members alike.  Other uses might include research projects, application forms, or as a communication mechanism to facilitate consultation with the public and/or partner organisations.
